Customs Protection
If a peptide shipment encounters customs-related issues in these regions, one free reshipment will be provided.
Higher Risk Areas
Due to stricter regulations, the following regions have an 80%–95% success rate:
New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines, Mexico, and Malaysia.
Partial Reshipment Policy
If detained, seized, or destroyed, a 50% reshipping fee (based on original order) must be paid before reshipment. No refunds issued.
