Partial Reshipment Policy
If detained, seized, or destroyed, a 50% reshipping fee (based on original order) must be paid before reshipment. No refunds issued.

Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency only: Bitcoin, USDT (ERC20), USDT (SOL), USDC (ETH), Ethereum, Solana and USDT (Polygon). Each order is quoted an exact amount to send, and payments are checked on the blockchain automatically. Paying with Bitcoin, Ethereum or Solana adds a 4% surcharge, since their prices move; stablecoins (USDT, USDC) add nothing.
Where do orders ship from?
Our China warehouse ships worldwide. Our Australia, Canada, EU and US warehouses ship only within their own region. Each order ships from one warehouse.
Is delivery guaranteed?
Peptide orders to the United States, the United Kingdom and most of Europe are guaranteed: if a shipment runs into customs problems there, we reship it once for free. The guarantee covers peptides only; oils, tablets and other products are excluded.
What if my country has strict import rules?
International shipments to New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Mexico and Malaysia arrive 80–95% of the time. If one is detained, seized or destroyed, we reship it after you pay a reshipping fee of 50% of the original order. No refunds are issued.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Many kits cost less each when you order 10, 50 or 100 kits. Every product lists its price tiers.
Are your products for human use?
No. Every product is sold for laboratory research purposes only and is not for human consumption.
